Terms of service

1. Scope

These terms apply to all use of NoLeadLost.

2. Installation, setup fee and subscription

NoLeadLost is installed and set up for you. You pay a one-time setup fee before the installation. The subscription starts on the day your NoLeadLost goes live. The subscription runs per month and is invoiced in advance. The setup fee covers work already done and is not refunded after cancellation. All prices exclude VAT.

You choose a term when you order. With a 12-month plan you pay a lower setup fee and the minimum term is 12 months from the start of the subscription. After 12 months the subscription continues monthly and you can cancel per month. If you cancel within the first 12 months, the monthly fees for the remaining months of the term are still due. With a monthly plan there is no minimum term: you can cancel monthly, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month.

3. Use

You are responsible for the information you provide, such as prices, opening hours and answers, and for following the rules that apply to your industry. The assistant answers questions based on that information.

4. Availability

We do our best to keep NoLeadLost available at all times, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Where possible, we announce planned maintenance in advance.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the three months before the damage occurred. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost revenue.

6. Data

How we handle data is described in our privacy policy. For your customers' data we sign a data processing agreement with you where the law requires it, for example under the GDPR for EU customers.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, unless mandatory law in your country says otherwise.
